Anyone that wants to stop a dots training at a certain percent can do it now, easily. All this suggestion does is make it easier for agents to not care about their dots.

Why does it matter to you if they care less about their dots? Maybe I (and others) would actually care MORE about my dots if I had better (easier) control over how they were built. Sure I can calculate the number of trains needed to get the number of BTs I need to stop the training at a % near where I want to, but why make me go through that exercise when we could just let me stop at some % and be done with it? Does it really make me care more about my dots....? No.

Because you, and everyone else, wants to be able to maximise your training without having to actually make an effort. If there weren't breakthroughs in training, you'd probs not want this feature.
This game is risk and reward. You risk using autotrain, I get rewarded for taking care.
But if we are going to fix it can we also add a cut off for future BTs. Like the VPB put in the number of BTs you want for AEQ and it stops training when you need to switch to light to reach your goal.

in soviet russia, game plays you.
but srsly on topic. what if your training couldnt hit that number? does it just stop where it is? like say u cant get to 80% cuz ur at 70% and light intensity gives you a +11% boost.
