If I am getting beat by a play I change the d. I run a lot of stuff during preseason and build a season long gp off that. If 4-5 games go by I look at what isn't working and get rid of it. Maybe add something that is beating me. That's about it for reg season and scrims.

This is what I do too. Or if I see that I'm running a play that is going nowhere, I might try a different one in that situation, but I never actively scout until the second or third round of playoffs, or the last couple games of the tourney.

And even then, I don't think of what I do then as 'scouting'.

I think competitive 2 has a more fun chat than elite...
