#1-Louisiana Screaming Pelicans(12-0)--Louisiana needs all four quarters before they put the Mayan Prophecy 2012(6-6) away late, winning 27-10. The Mayan led for a good portion of the game but the wheels came off midway through the 4th and it all started with a big play. With the Prophecy up 10-6, with 7:30 seconds to go, -=Champ=- Drew Brees connected with -=Champ=- Robert Meachum on a 78 yards TD pass that put the Pelicans up for good. They followed that up with two more touchdowns late to win going away. -=Champ=- Robert Meachum had another good game finishing with 8 catches, 94 yards and a TD. On defense, -=Champ=- Jeff Charleston harassed the Prophecy with 5 tackles and 3 sacks. #1 Louisiana will face the Canucklehead Brigade(4-8) on Monday.

#2 Texas Lone Stars(12-0)-The Lone Stars continue rolling along winning their 12th in a row big, shutting out the Tradewest Battletoads(6-6), 51-0. The Lone Stars put on a clinic holding onto to the ball for over 40 minutes, racking up over 400 total yards on offense and holding the Toads to only 139 total yards in the rout. The Lone Stars were led on offense by Whodey just ran by you! who 90 total yards and 2 TD's. On defense, Delmar Gunn had 5 tackles and a fumble recovery. The #2 and undefeated Lone Stars will go on the road Monday when they face the Stuttgart Blitzkrieg(2-10).

#3 Village Dogs(9-3)-The Village Dogs move up to the #3 spot in the poll after beating the Windsor Nobles(3-9), 38-3. The Dogs scored early and often and took a 27-0 lead into halftime in the rout. The Dogs defense held the Nobles to less than 200 total yards and forced 4 fumbles in the game.On offense the Village Dogs were led by Matt Bradford who finished 10/16 for 123 yards and 2 TD's. On defense, Trax 2 racked up 8 tackles, a TFL, and 3 PD's. The #3 Dogs will host the #4 L.A. Halos(9-3) on Monday in the game of the week.

#4-L.A. Halos(9-3) -The Halos have a big game on the road and come out on top beating the Doinitin Djibouti(8-4), 37-20. The Halos took a 20-10 lead into halftime as both teams traded blows in a great game early with both teams showcasing their offense. In the 2nd half the Halos put together a drive with a couple of big plays to go up 27-10 and that was all she wrote. On offense the Halos were led by Smokin Sammy who racked up 87 yards rushing and 2 TD's. On defense, Todd Kinchen who had a nice game with 3 tackles, and 4 PD's. It doesn't get any easier as the Halos will stay on the road when they face the #3 Village Dogs(9-3) in a battle of top ten teams on Monday.

#5 Half Moon Bay Breakers(11-1) The Half Moon Bay Breakers hold on to the #5 spot as they roll over the Red Fort Royals(3-9), 65-0. This contest was never in doubt as the Breakers just dominate the Royals. Half Moon was led on offense by Stephen "Wheelchair Crazy" Hawking Jr. who had 8 catches, 155 yards and 2 TDs On defense, D O U B L E D R A G O N grabbed 5 tackles in the blow-out. The #5 Bay Breakers have a big game on Monday when they face Great Songs(9-3) in the western conference game of the week.

#6 Doinitin Djibouti(8-4)- The Djibouti can't keep up with the L.A. Halos(9-3) on this day and fall to the #6 spot after losing 37-20 in a good game early. The Halos took a 20-10 lead into halftime as both teams traded blows in a great game early with both teams showcasing their offense. In the 2nd half the Halos put together a drive with a couple of big plays to go up 27-10 and that was all she wrote. The Djibouti were led on offense by Two Hearted Ale who had 45 yards rushing and a TD. On defense, Mad Hatter grabbed 9 tackles in the loss. The #6 Djibouti will head on the road to face the Bali Insurrection(5-7) on Monday.

#7 The Frogtown Posse(10-2) The Frogtown Posse win their 7th in a row and move up to the #7 spot after rolling over the VTech Hokies(3-9), 55-0. After a scoreless first quarter, the Posse got to work and put the Hokies away with 17 unanswered 2nd quarter points and ran away with it. The Posse were led on offense by Mo Lester who had a nice game with 147 total yards. On defense, Orange Jack put up some nice numbers with 6 tackles, 3 sacks, 4 hurries, and 3 TFL. The #7 Posse have a big-time game on Monday when they face the Helsinki Coyotes(9-3) in another great western conference match-up.

#8 Mayan Prophecy 2012(6-6)-The Mayan come up short against the #1 Louisiana Screaming Pelicans(12-0), 27-10, but they had their chances. #9 Czech Yourself (10-2)-Czech needs four quarters to put away the Porto Alegre PBR Farmers(7-5), but come out on top when they explode for 28 4th quarter points winning 45-17. This was a close game until the Czech blew it wide open in the 4th. Czech was led on offense by ~Captain Comeback~ who had 44 yards rushing and 3 TDs. CJ -MITH-odical added 105 yards rushing and a TD. On defense, Pol Pot Yount had 2 tackles and 2 forced fumbles in the win. #9 Czech will go on the road to face the The Pink Toothbrush(7-5) on Monday.

#10 Osaka Storm-(7-5)-Osaka maintain the #10 slot after beating the Stuttgart Blitzkrieg(2-10) soundly, 30-14. Osaka took control of this game early when they scored 27 unanswered first half points and Stuttgart never really threatened from then on. The Storm were led on offense by Ted, Ginn Jr. who rushed for 103 yards and 2 TD.s On defense, SS Rename Later had 4 tackles, a forced fumble and 2 PD's. Osaka has won two in a row and has a big game on Monday when they travel to face Cheers is filmed in front of a live studio audience(6-6) in a game with playoff implications.

The last 2 spots in the East will be interesting. It looks like Mayan should get one of them, then it's a dog fight for the last spot.

Great job as always Halo . Havnt been ble to get on GLB much this season myself having a disaster on the work front with it being so bloody busy .

Texas and Louisiana's run through the eastern conference has been pretty impressive and they face each other the last week of the season. That is a match-up to look forward to.

Eh...no comment?

Our team has been tanking pretty badly lately. With the Halos, Dogs, and Djibouti still on the docket, playoffs are a stretch.
