I'd be ok with a little bubble on the player page that said "EQ" and went away whenever you opened up the EQ page. So those who don't upgrade their AEQ due to bonus tokens etc don't have to constantly see it

btw merged the two threads and removed the 60 day auto lock

Just have a checkbox on the EQ that you "check" if you want to be alerted about available upgrades.... then nobody sees anything unless they want to.
