Idk, I don't have any issues dividing by 8...and I've got a lot of players whose AEQs aren't complete, so I'd have an alert next to almost every player.

Maybe if it were just for regular equipment, but even then, I don't even bother updating it because I don't improve my regular equipment when I've got AEQ in its place.

I'm not sure how I feel about this.

+1 to some sort of notice. Since most people seem to prefer an icon to an alert, it would probably be best to do it by icon.

Not sure about this one, I kinda like surprises. Otherwise it just means agents should check on their dots more often.
