Should have happened 2 seasons ago... but better late than never.

Let's look at the people complaining about this change...

Aaron Rodgers - GM of multiple teams with 2 or 3 RQBs
StatlerandWaldorf - co-owner of a team with 3 RQBs
Barry Sanders - owner of a team with 3 RQBs, co-owner of a team with 3 RQBs, co-owner of a team with 2 RQBs, GM of a team with 3 RQBs
RufusBrutal - owner of 4 RQBs and co-owner of a team with 2 RQBs

You guys knowingly abused a known exploit. You'll get no pity from me. Let me guess... it's someone else's fault, right?

Catch's team is going to do well regardless because his WRs pancake anything that gets near them. Even if he's just banging his HBs outside all day they're still going to do well, despite the fact that he intentionally does build his dots perfectly.

Right, no biggie. He just used your "exploit" to run over teams for the past few seasons.

You fall into that group. Catch does not.

Did I ever say I agree with Catch22 abusing the exploit? No.
Did Catch22 throw a hissy fit when the exploit was taken away? No. At least not publicly.

Why didn't/hasn't he? (and yes... this is conjecture, but logical conjecture all the same) It's likely he didn't complain because he knew abusing the exploit was wrong, but since it was available, he took advantage of it while he could. He likely knew the day when Bort finally did something about the exploit would come and his advantage would be gone.

He knew RQBs were a virtually unstoppable situation. Every person in this thread complaining about it knew it. You knew it. Everyone who owns or runs a casual team knew it.

Better late than never.

I will never complain about the changes if they are done in the off-season. Anyone thinking a change to a game that's a third of the way over is part of the issues. Its that if i can't beat them or learn how to stop then then just change the rules. The change like many others need to come in the off-season plain and simple so its not a wasted season for some teams. Also snickerling for you complaining you hated them so much it didnt stop you from using them and making sure you had them on your team LOL.

And before you put me down as a owner of 3 RQB's im putting them on 1 team because i promised them a position on another team that can't keep the promise now. Mine are going bye bye .

Also i have never complained about the rule change. I personally think its ok. So get you facts straight on that one. I'm complaining because its done after teams and FA's are signed its done when team would have to cut alot of players they said would be their players. Its done when teams have to take chem hits when they are 6-0 to change a offense in mid-season. Everyone knows its the wrong time to do it. It should have been the 1st thing they did in the off-season. I could care less if they say i need to start a kicker at QB as long as everyone starts on the same page im down.


Also its a game not trying to sound stupid dont all positions try and find the best way to expolit their positions. If you aren't you should be playing the game.

Last i checked all positions have their ways to do it, but again thats not the main issue its the timing so don't make it something its not.
