Getting back to 100 is never the problem. It is how your in-game breathe is the problem with most people....with that said I do play on hard.

As I said before I never struggle in the second half, 16 INT in the 1st half (10 in the first quarter) on my career and only 3 in the second half. I see absolutely no reason for a QB under level 20 to have more than 32 stamina right now unless you are getting knocked around all game. I assume sacks and hurries will tire you out quicker. As such if your QB has stamina around 30 and is performing poorly late in games and is not being pressured all the time it may be a better idea to work on confidence. If you are getting pressured all the time then you have some more serious problems to work on than QB stamina.
