Warrior General Games

#1-Louisiana Screaming Pelicans(2-0)-Louisiana rolls over the L.A. Halos(2-1) in impressive fashion taking the #1 spot in the poll. They controlled most of the game and had the Halos on their heels all day. The Pelicans also get the monkey off their back after two losses last season to the Halos and they could hold on to the #1 slot all season. Louisiana has a big game coming up on Thursday vs #4 Village Dogs(3-0).

#2-Doinitin Djibouti(3-0)-The Djibouti crush the Stuttgart Blitzkrieg(1-2), 62-0. This game was close through 3 quarters but then Doinitin went off scoring 49 second half points. The Djibouti move up to #2 in the poll, and face the World Legends(2-1) on Thursday who sit on the bubble.

#3 Texas Lone Stars(3-0)-The Lone Stars shut out the Bali Insurrection(2-1) and drop them a spot in the poll, while Texas takes control of the #3 slot. Texas held Bali to less than 100 yards total offense. They take their show on the road on Thursday when they face the Mayan Prophecy(0-3).

#4 Village Dogs(3-0)-The Village Dogs move up to the #4 spot after shutting out Algoma Blames Stu(1-2), 40-0. This game was never really in doubt once the Dogs put up 17 unanswered 2nd half points. The Village Dogs face #1 t Louisiana Screaming Pelicans(3-0) on Thursday in the game of the week.

#5-L.A. Halos(2-1)-The Halos get manhandled by the #1 Louisiana Screaming Pelicans(3-0), and lose 47-26. The Pelicans were just too much to handle and they took complete control in the 3rd quarter with some big plays and it was all she wrote for LA. The Halos drop to #5 in the poll and will try and bounce back against the FOUR HORSEMEN(0-3) on Thursday.

#6 Tradewest Battletoads-(2-1)-Tradewest falls a couple spots in the poll after losing to Cheers is filmed in front of a live studio audience(2-1) in OT no less, 20-17. This is the same result from last seasons regular season game. It took Cheers(2-1) five quarters to come up with the victory after Tradewest had a big 4th quarter tying the game with :36 seconds remaining to head into overtime, but Cheers took advantage and came up with the win. Tradewest will try and rebound when they travel to face Algoma Blames Stu(1-2) on Thursday.

#7 Windsor Nobles(2-1)-The Nobles have a closer than expected result against the FOUR HORSEMAN(0-3), but prevail 16-7 shutting down the Horseman offense to only 171 yards and thoroughly dominating time of possession. The #7 Nobles have a top 10 match-up vs the Bali Insurrection(2-1) on Thursday.

#8 Cheers is filmed in front of a live studio audience(2-1)- Cheers takes care of business against the Tradewest Battletoads and come out on top needing 5 quarters, winning for the 2nd time in two seasons in OT vs. the Battletoads(2-1). Cheers gave up a late rally that allowed the Toads to tie the game in the 4th, but in OT they made the plays to seal another overtime victory. #8 Cheers will face a struggling Stuttgart Blitzkrieg(1-2) on Thursday.

#9 Bali Insurrection(2-1)-Bali falls to the #9 slot in the poll after getting shut out by the Texas Lone Stars(3-0) who dominated them for 4 quarters. Bali will have a chance to rebound on Thursday when they face #7 Windsor Nobles(2-1) in a battle of top 10 teams.

#10 Half Moon Bay Breakers(3-0)-The Half Moon Bay Breakers enter the poll in the #10 slot after crushing the Kansas State Wildcats(0-3) 65-3. The first Western conference team to enter the poll, and they have a cupcake coming up but then face a tough Frogtown Posse team on Saturday which will set the tone for the conference.

I think Great Songs will be a force in the West as well. Frogtown/Great Songs should be a good matchup in the West.

That first week loss hurt you but I'm sure you will move up the poll in a hurry with that schedule if you continue winning.

wow....i think this is the first time in a couple of seasons that we have been the underdogs. Good luck village dogs. You are gonna need it. If we don't win by 3 TDs I'll be surprised. This obviously doesn't take into account our 52-0 game against them last season.
