I think Garfield Rams should be higher - either just above or just below Tesriver and Grid Iron Valor shouldn't be in the top 10

You may be right, Rams a bit too low.
I didn't do throughout job with this.

GIV has some potential though, but hard to say... Maybe East is harder in the middle pack, but somewhat hard to say for example Ninja Fish vs GIV. I consider them somewhat equal; it's true GIV lost to Death Valley Vipers for example - but later on the season I see turnaround here. GIV has more team-wide talent. So I still leave it to my top-10.

Also many other teams pretty equal to Death Valley, GIV, Ninja Fish, ...

Pretty close, while Death Valley, Las Vegas and Grid Iron Valor are fairly comparable, I'd put GIV bottom of those 3 as they are the most 1-dimensonal and easiset to shut down if actually planned for.
