The combined league forums coupled with the GLB tournament has really added to the "fun factor" of at least the Minor League experience, and I know that a lot of people are talking about the Matrix Pro/WL rankings that NiborRis does with a Pabst script every season. Below is this season's Matrix thread by NiborRis to give you an idea of what I am talking about.

Instead of doing it with a Greasemonkey script, GLB would run a similar script on each cap tier from the server side, probably run the script at rollover, and do it for every tier. Then, just have a "rankings" tab at the top of the page, pick your tier from the list, and where you rank.

With the league forums combined for each tier, this would be another thing that would bring those teams from those leagues together in a common pursuit. Anything that sparks debate between teams and agents is good for the game in the sense that it gives people one more thing to compete for.

to have a free-flowing ladder system to encourage cross-league games, and aid in improving the rankings. A teams' ladder rank could even be included in their overall ranking.

This season's league forums have been the most active in about ten seasons, at least the ones I am in, and that is because of the tournament. That and having agents from 160 teams instead of 32. Something else to unify those leagues like a tier ranking system would go a long way toward bringing the discussions together.

+1 I have to agree and with the age based leagues we should see some great rivalries start now something the game hasn't had for a while
