Do we have to report tournament scores? First year entering a tournament, so I'm not sure if this is a standard procedure or not.

No you do not.

The 2nd round was scheduled when I was sleeping. Woke up and it said game in less then 4 hours. Now it has changed. May it change back again or is it set now?
