let me sum it up for you:

Tie at #1 (We sold out our builds so we can win now)
Tie at #5 (We are building for the future)
Tie at #22 (What the hell are we doing? We should just Reroll now!)

There you go people now it's easy for everyone to read and understand.

Now the top most team in every section is the leader for their respective section so in the #1 Tie the first team listed sold out the most, the last team listed sold out the least.

And in the #22 tie the first team might have a small prayer to fix themselves while the dead last team might as well go CPU.

oh and of course some of this list will change as some teams haven't fully boosted yet when this was originally posted am I right?
