why does the script keep changing the rankings if the things it is basing it's rankings off of are static??

Must not have made myself clear the first time. I didn't write the script, and have no idea what it even accounts for. Script used to post some lolrankings to get people active. Script can be downloaded at userscripts.org if someone would like to modify it to how they want.
