Really? It must have been the team my guy was on then. They rarely threw the ball to him at all and used him like an elusive back. Anyway, my mistake then.

It sucks pretty hard when you find a nice dot, type out a recruiting PM to receive an elitist reply of "I don't play casual" or some crap like that.

While the OP would help weed out those that have made up their mind, but I do see the Avenger's point of simply putting "willing to play casual" as a yes or no option only further hinders the stigma that those already have against casual. I've actually had some agents tell me they don't want casual, but yet I have been able to let them see it is not as bad as the masses make it out to be and they have had some successful seasons in casual.

Some agents may not even realize there is a difference until you give them a choice and then they go to the forums to research the difference and see it referred to as "lolcasual"

I've had safeties and LBs in both leagues and there is a huge difference between the two leagues for those positions. My SS is in casual right now because I basically just signed with a team to get some XP (for now). In another season or two playing in casual won't be an option.
