Fantastic suggestion and fantastic post.

If everyone were able to lay out their complex suggestions like this, it'd be awesome.

What I like best about this is all the automatic/intuitive stuff. This is exactly the type of interface new users can walk right into and "get" - well done!

Best idea for recruiting ever. Anyone who voted against this didn't take the time to read it. They probably think one or the other is going away but instead, they both get a major upgrade

+1 - I think add a filter that allows agents to determine their interest in Full or Casual. Recruiters will then know whether or not to waste their time in sending out unnecessary PMs.

What if I have 15 players and I want them all to be on the same team. Do I still use the Forums only??

8. Agents with more than one free agent player can go to the My FAs tab and create a thread in the main Players Looking for Teams Forums.

In this way they can keep their forum discussion in one thread, and recruiters looking for players of that position and age can see the agent's players from the Marketplace and be directed to the combined forum thread.

In this case you create the thread in the main PLFT forum without making individual ads. But, the ads get automatically created and tied to the forum thread (doing this could auto-populate the ad title to something like "Please see thread in Main Players Looking For Teams forum." That way it's minimal effort for the agents to create single forum thread, and it also doesn't undermine the recruiters who want to search in the Marketplace only.

I would say a more organized forum but yeah I love this idea.

Free agency remains split among the two advertising types because of two opposing forces--two major wants:
-Many agents want the ego stroking of a forum thread
-Many recruiters want the searchability of the marketplace

I +1 this but I corrected your original post.
