The only purpose for this is to help the team see what they need. No reason to keep them hidden.
But I do disagree that this will not lead to benching. If someone does not show tactics, they will be benched. With all that said, it is no different then an open build.

I for one as a coordinator would like this as unless you own the whole team you really cant and have never been able to see if changing tactics even has value. As a owner if you wont spend at least the time it takes to set a tactic requested then I should be able to know or at least know you didn't change or set them. If you chose not to open them then that says something as well so could this cause you problems ? (maybe ) but the game really does revolve around a team aspect and if tactics actually have a value this option would be appreciated.
