removing 60 day auto lock

Thanks, thought this could use some more looks considering how many 414 error/can't change my depth chart problems people have every season.

It's a simple solution- When a team is purchased from CPU, reset/clear the depth chart automatically. The tool to do it already exists (auto-reorder) why not just automate it and eliminate 99% of all the problems people run into with this.

Is it just me or right now as people are signing and resigning contracts, is the depth chart already reordering automatically? Mostly, I find it annoying.

well i had asked to have this post resurrected as i initially posted it back in the beginning of november last year so wasn't likely you would have seen it recently.

Unfortunately this issue only tends to crop up for the 17 or so days people are buying teams. Once the season starts people will forget about it for 40 days till people start buying teams and run into this again. So it gets lost and forgotten.

I don't know if that is the case. However if you sign players to a team but do not assign them to depth they will be placed into depth automatically if the SIM needs to pull in players to play a scrimmage or whatever.

Not really the same issue that this suggestion would cover though. This is for issues like:

Figured bug mods would be all over this one Not sure how much more i can say toward getting this any attention or making it more effective to stopping the 40 day 'i can't change my depth charge' wave.

Last bump for the season. Offseason is nearing an end and most people will forget about this till next offseason when people buying new teams run into the same problem again.
