I'm starting to believe this more and more. Through 3 seasons I still don't have a single sack yet, and i've got both strength AND agility over 50. But I finally said F it, and started putting points into speed, and vision. After my last level I put 3 points into speed, and the other 2 into vision, and my Pass Rush bar jumped up noticeably.

So take that for what it's worth.

I personally think agility will get you hurries and if you have enough speed that brings you sacks. If you have some strength too, that'll lessen the effect of Linemen getting a good block in and completely throwing you out of the play. I've had several hurries where my De would initially get blocked and then his agility will kick in and he'll ride the block and get past the linemen.
