I've decided to host a tournament for Minors capped 26 teams since as far as I know, there isn't any other one being hosted for this cap. I know it's late in the season, so it's going to be a small tournament: 8 teams since there isn't enough interest for more.

The champion and runner up will both get a .gif for their team pages to show off.
The bracket is going to be standard playoff style and I've decided the most fair way to decide matchups is to list the teams in the order they've signed up:
