I think this is kind of a kick in the balls to players who capped out at 68 with xp left over, for whatever reason. I know the idea is to get players their 72 equipment, but maybe it should be extended to 68 as well, for the players who are just now too old to boost for the first time in their careers. I mean, I have special teams guys who never got full xp by being selfless.
Am I right in thinking that as you cannot train from 440 days to when you start decline, that you are basically screwed as far as continuing to upgrade your AEQ. This sucks just a little bit if i am reading it right.

So where does it end? I got a player to lvl 60, let me boost him to 72 for his plateau... not all loldots are created equal. and now that blowout EXP is in, there is less likelihood of STOPs being put into this position after the next couple of seasons pass.
Hey, I totally get that the line has to be drawn somewhere. Still think that players who got most of the way to 69 and then cashed in their remaining xp should be allowed to do this. None of my personal players will even be hurt by this because they'll all get to participate, but I do have agents on my team who almost made it but not quite, and probably wouldnt have settled for special teams roles had they known that this was going to happen suddenly at the end of their careers.

I'm pretty sure you're right. That is, if you opt i to extended plateau. You still have the regular decline option available and during which you should still be able to train.
