Heard back from them.. Not sure if reposting a PM from the mods is a no no but the jist of it was that they are looking more into it but as of now his violations don't warrant a resim.. oh well.. Guess I'll stay at 2-1*

Ya I feel bad for you, but honestly, it looks like the 1 loss isn't going to make or break your season in this league this season.
