If two teams are allowed to be owned, could we transfer current teams to someone else?

Assuming yes...will there anything preventing one guy from owning multiple teams in the same league, especially WL? I know of a few organizations that did/do/will have multiple teams up there, and I just don't know if it will be worse for there to be two teams owned by the same guy in WL (as opposed to 2 teams where the guy is just a co-owner on one)

Would be kinda hard to enforce when teams can move up. Enough "organization" teams already make it without too many problems. Some of the ideas we are working make it less likely they will collude as well, but we shall see I guess.

At least try to keep two teams with one owner in different conferences?
