Why does blocking/confidence or blocking/vision make sense? Blocking work would involve you actually being engaged with the defender. The only things that make sense with blocking are strength (push) or agility (staying with the defender). Confidence? Vision? If you're engaged with the defender, I doubt you're going to be looking for other defenders. Confidence, I'm just not sure about.
Blocking/vision could be blitz pick-up or blocking expert. Vision in this game is more than seeing, it is also in-game knowledge. To be a good blocker, you need to know more than just the basic technique, you need to understand how it works into the larger game plan. Blocking/vision just makes sense for this. As for blocking/confidence, but have to do with holding a block over a long period of time. At this time I can't think of a good name for it other than block holding skills, but it makes sense that two skills that are so important for blocking should be able to be trained together.
