In the last 2 seasons, you have nerfed the zone defense almost completely into the ground. Now, with the latest round of nerfs coming (removing Jackhammer and ZS completely), you have created a situation where it would be absolute lunacy to even try a zone defense, especially considering the planned buff of pump fake vs. zone, and nerf of pump fake vs. man defense.

I can't tell you how much 11 agents who came together with me to attempt a highly maverick defensive philosophy 3 seasons ago (reproducing the original Tampa-2 in GLB) appreciate it.

We're going to struggle on, just because fuck you and your nerfs, but it sure as hell looks like a conspiracy against the BT forum when season after season since we hatched this idea you have directly nerfed our specific developmental plan.

Are they really removing ZS & Jackhammer? Damn I am on these forums all the time, but haven't seen that. Which thread is that buried deep within?

New SAs with the archetypes. Should be in announcements somewhere

As long as you have 1 in ZS and JH it's ok.

It's a crock of shit, is what it is.

Zone is 95% impossible to execute now, between all the nerfs plus the move of these two VAs into SAs, and the pending buff of PF against zone. Basically, zone defense will be suicide in the new sim next season.

It will just feel that much better when we start ballin.

That's great, except none of our guys are even close to enough Str to grab a point of JH before it goes away.

I don't know why anyone would try Tampa-2 3 seasons ago when MLB in deeper zones were totally retarded acting in the sim. Fortunately, that's fixed.



Unfortunately, most of what you say is correct. Zone's looking pretty well killed at this point.

Jack Hammer sucks anyway, or at least I've noticed this season. My defense averages about 1 per game.

Seriously, I'd wait before bugging out. You're making assumptions and judgments on something that is not yet part of the game.
