Yep, and now we're about to get roster limits lowered since we won't need 5 more useless mentors

xp is slightly random too now. punters and kickers who supposedly get max xp just for being on depth chart have different xp even though they're created on same day and played equal games

He is using logic for once. I can prove it by showing you a qb who is 3500 sp's better than his mentor backup, and yet he gets out played all season long.

lol at nerfing something from 25% to 7.5% though. clearly they think its a huge problem, which totally supports the whole 'they turned it off' argument.

of course, that argument is disputed like crazy when you see that both valhalla and blaze carry two mentor QBs.
