I suggest that players also get a short list of teams that they like and can bookkeep; also I would like for both lists to have the option of being public as a negotiation tactic. So if you wanted to show the player you liked him, you would show him that he's on your short list.

I think there might be issues, but it would be cool if a team was on a player's shortlist and then a player was on a team's shortlist if both would be bolded so that we can see mutual interest on our players (and also if the agent wanted to make it public, he could tell everyone else to stop sending PMs b/c of mutual interest).

Also allow it to be sorted by position.

I also like this...could also tie in with that interest bar in the marketplace

I like the idea tbh, would help a bit in recruiting. Would it be feasible to possibly have a little note box for each player on the list too so you can write status updates IE: not interested, interested under x conditions etcetc

Even with out it, pretty solid idea

Yeah, mate, why not. Would only need a small note added. Down the line, it would be good to have players know when they are on a shortlist, like an 'Interested teams' thing.

To go along with this idea... it would be pretty cool to have a list for the player to show which teams he is interested in and maybe have a bar system so he can raise and lower interest for certain teams.

If these could link together then you could be able to look at your shortlist and see which players are likely to sign by the amount of the interest bar they have with your team.
