I was okay with that, but then it started to translate into every thread. If I posted tactics, he'd say "I don't think your qualified to make a statement like this" and it went on to the point where I didn't boot him, but I decided to bench him for regular games, and back-up for scrimmages. I said with good behavior, you will work your way back up game by game. He never got locked out of forums, etc.
So, he went to the GLBPA and after missing a few games, we worked out a deal and he was back and it's all good now.
BTW, I know I don't belong here, but I like to check in on some forums so you may see me around, especially if I make pee-wee mod

Rushing QBs are overrated in peewee imo ...they rarely are intentionally used for rushing in playoffs, coz game planners know what the consequences of that would be:FAIL ...any team that cannot defend against a rushing QB in playoffs doesn't deserve to be there tbh ...but it is funny to see QB agents get inflated egos from teams that overuse them in the regular season against impotent defenses ...A team that has only one dimension to their game is useless, and the owner should sell the team and save themselves the embarrassment of playing against teams that wouldn't even bother using more than 5minutes to scout them

That's the thing with redvsblue, the only time he did good was against the poor teams. Against the better teams he did squat but because he did so well against the weak teams, he assumed the only reason we won games was because of him, when in reality he played a role in the wins, but not a major one. The HBs pulled most of the weight.

The problem wasn't him asking for more touches, the problem was his attitude. He acted like he knew what he was talking about and when I pointed things out to him his response was "Ever think you dont know how to use all ur weapons?". This was after the Baltimore game. We got majorly out gameplanned in that game but he assumed we lost because he didn't get the touches. Hell our leading HB only got 68 yards in that game and he was averaging 105.2 yards a game up until that game. He got blocked from posting because no matter what we said, he came back with attitude thinking he's the best player around. Started his lying tirade in the team forum, claiming EVERY message sent to us, was ignored. Which is complete and utter bullshit. Then he runs his mouth to someone else on the team who in turn told me, which is when I kicked his QB off the team. I was originally going to keep his G but decided that he was too much of a liability and released his guard as well. He then comes here and started this thread, in my opinion to try and gain support from the rest of the league, which obviously failed as he has not been in here for 4 days now but responded to a PM that's been going back and forth between us today.
He came in here trying to get support and when that failed tried playing it off like this was a joke thread and also trying to act like I was the only one of the staff on my team that had an issue with him, which is bullshit as well.
He was challenged to produce any PM sent to me here and has yet to do it. I told him today to prove these messages even exist and to provide the web address so I can get the number to give to support so they can read it. As that's the only way they can verify it. They have no access to things if they've been deleted as i deleted the 2 messages he sent to me that I responded to. I'm willing to bet he'll refuse to send me the messages as he knows as well as I do, he's lying through his teeth.

The new QB got the reps to help get him up to speed with his levels.
