As a former player i cheer on any team to play the Steelers. After sending 5 msgs to the Owner, Co-Owner, and the OC bout seeing my guy could get my reps I got no answers back. I go to the forums and post to see if I could get answer from them there and now for speakin up for my players I got released from them. Anyone who players them just destroy them.

you can probably find a good d-league team to play for where you can get a ton of plays. Hopefully that can be a small consolation.

hmm ...we dunno the circumstances of this, so not easy to have an informed opinion ...but imo if a team drops a player(s) without trying to communicate with him about the situation, then that is poor team management to say the least ...I wouldn't suspect them to have a good list of agents, if that is how they go about their business ...I don't have to worry about any of those things, coz I own my own players, so it is easy for me to be a prick on the forums, etc ...but if I did have agents to tend to in my team dealings, then I know that I would give them every opportunity to play a part in my team's success, and I would ensure that they got equal PT ...but they would have to comply with some requests within reason also ...If I asked them to change their pass coverage settings, and they didn't respond for half a season about that, then I wouldn't have any regrets about dropping them from my team ...if they were innactive for more than a few games, without informing me about this beforehand, then I wouldn't have any regrets about dropping them ...if they had closed builds, and wouldn't respond to my questions and queries, then I wouldn't have any regrets about dropping them.

I'm very lucky with the agents I have recruited this season. last season I had a couple douches unfortunately :L. They made decent players they were just dicks lol. 1 even refused a contract offer of less money a day but a 40k bonus at the end of the year saying i want a higher salary rofl

and this year I kinda hit a jackpot all constructive no problems just breezing through if only I could put up points against the two 7-0 teams or won one of those games ... :L woulda been a perfect year aha

Ok let me clear this up as he is giving you his version of what happened.....He PM'ed me wanting to start so I put him in as the starting QB.....I have responded to every single one of his PM's to me so that is total BS......Secondly he came into the forums and his first post was telling us that everytime he gets 6 or more touches we win and when he doesn't we lose.....he had 7 carries for -5 yards and was 0-6 passing in the last game so to me that is more than 6 touches....He started telling us that we don't know how to use our weapons and we should take a hard look at him and there is no market for a QB that doesn't have any stats so......I explained to him that running QB's in Pee wee are a thing of the past and they get shut down very easily so against certain teams you have to come up with a gameplan to win and it is not necessarily giving the ball to your running QB every play.....He gets his max PT every game too (side note).....Our owner (seric) locked him out of the forums because he was causing problems with the team and told him if he wanted to be team oriented and worry about the team and winning and not his individual accomplishments then he can stay and go along for the ride with us but if he didn't then he would be released....BUT he gave him the option and told redvsblue to PM him and give our owner his decision......Next I know he got released.....I don't know what he said in his PM but I do know seric is a very fair and good guy along with owner.....Our OC CMR is a very good guy as well and myself I tried to smooth over the situation but redvsblue just wasn't having any of it until we said yes your qb will get the ball 20 times a game so he got released.....I would love to put the forum talk on here but I am pretty sure that is against the rules so I won't do it......Anyways he was only trying to make us look bad and not telling everything on how it all went down.....

The OP was a total jerk in the team forum, to the point where I actually created and boosted a new rushing quarterback for the team. His original complaint started by claiming the team only won when he had "x" number of rushes, and we could win EVERY game if we just did that - without thinking that maybe the team management was picking strategies that would work versus different opponents.

He got out of hand way too fast, and I applaud the Steelers' management for giving him the boot. Frankly, the owner was far more patient than I would've been - this is a team game, and for players to start claiming they're the best and they should be treated as such is unacceptable. There's far too many agents with a me-first attitude, and that's just ridiculous - especially in pee wee. I've been pretty lucky with my Pee Wee team (the Dark Matter) this year, but we've had a few issues with a couple of the other teams I'm involved with.

maaaaan ...I have been so good lately ...ya I post on the monger forums ...it like a message bank, or a storage for thoughts and strategies and notes, etc ...and sometimes one of the GMs posts onnit and tells me to seek some professional help

redvsblue....you must be smoking something because I wrote back to every PM that you sent me whether you liked the response or not I tried to take care of the issues you had....You have some issues that might be better solved by PM'ing a psychiatrist.....You are ridiculous and I am not going to get into a pissing match with you because everyone knows you are full of Sh!t plus I have work to do incorporating our new running qb who is a "TEAM PLAYER"......

Yeah, i was shocked at these allegations myself..... Then i saw who they were against and knew they couldn't be true at all. I don't know the owner but i do know everyone else on Pitt and they have all been class act's to work with for seasons!!! So go enjoy that d-league team redvsblue!!!

Not trying to stir up anything but if he has a rushing qb why did he have 6 passing attempts? It's too easy to set up qb1 and qb2 slots now...

That said, I am with the coaches on this one. As an agent you have to deal with the cards you are dealt. It's great to discuss playing time etc. with the staff via PM's but airing out your dirty laundry in the forums is only going to make sure that NO ONE picks up your players...

Just my 2 cents
