Strength - Causing Forced Fumbles
Agility - Quick reaction to plays . Staying with elusive HBs
Speed - Playing sideline to sideline and making tackles
Jumping - Pass Deflections
Stamina - Staying on the field
Vision - Reading the play right and diagnosing it
Confidence - Make the tackle after a previous missed tackle
Tackling - Wrap up the ball carrier
Catching - Getting interceptions (not too important)

LBs are the hardest to build in my opinion. You need an equal distrubtion of all 9 stats to be a BALANCED LB. If one of those is on the low end, you are going to have one HUGE hole in your arsenal. And one weak point very well may lead to another.

All of the hands positions...WR's, CB's, FS's, etc...like it was stated before, a ton of stuff to build up, and they all play off of each other.

I agree, LBs can be a bitch to build the right way.

I'd say LB. They have to be so balanced

Probably only MLB needs to be that balanced IMO.

SS is probably hardest to build.

I vote for TE's. Fortunately I don't own one.

LBs are hardest because you have to match the build into the team gameplan. SS, which I view as 2nd, can pretty much be built the right way and effective in any scheme.

And SS is much harder than FS, because SS has a lot more focus on stopping the run.

Gotta agree with running QB. You basically are building 2 players at once (QB and HB), itīs close to impossible. Luckily, thereīs as yet absolutely no point in having one.

But after that TE and the 2 safety spots would be second and third IMO. A good TE is also 2 different positions (OL and WR), and a safety needs almost everything, too.

DT is easy as hell to build. Can't believe a couple here even suggested it was the hardest.

I would say TE. You're building a blocker and a receiver basically. WRs and OL have plenty of stats they both need seperately, but both together is tough.

I know Flames had said it, and i agree with how he said it. A great DT is hard to find, easy to build one who can take a block or two. So yeah building a great one is very hard.

I am lucky enough to have 2 awesome DT's on my team.
