Is there any fair way to give preference to teams with a proven record or longer-term ownership to avoid this? IIRC, it was basically new owners who forfeited.

Perhaps have a minimum of 40-something non-CPU players as a requirement for entry? Otherwise, it's just a waste of flex to play meaningless games.

When are the brackets even going to be filled out?

We only have 6 days left to schedule the first round games...

ignore ric, he is in portugal and doesn't mean any harm. besides one of his buddies owns a pee wee team, maybe he is just looking out for him

I'm glad I am signed up for the Silver Tourney as well since this one seems to have fallen through

We have purposely pushed the tournament back three days, to officially start on Day 8.

I'll be getting back from vacation on Monday night, and didn't want to assume things would go smoothly while I am gone. We'll still finish before season end.

I've held off the brackets due to this. They'll be out tonight or tomorrow.

You can feel free to schedule games early, and move forward in the bracket - but you are not required to. If your opponent wants to wait, that is their right.

but yet we still haven't seen the brackets... this was posted on 11/10
