I think that the difference between USAPL and CPL is the 4 teams that made it to the world league actually had to care or they wouldnt be here. In CPL despite not giving a fuck for the past 4 seasons these 4 teams are the best(considering gutting/merging). So it's not cause they now are in WL that they'll get themselves to care.
