Headhunters team speed is sickening.

Wow

As much as I'd like to see them get beat so I could talk smack to DMFDope... don't think it's gonna happen.

You're right Dope, the builds make a huge difference and that speed covers up any holes opposing coaches scouting can find.

im always right. youll get used to it.

Yeah, speed is a huge factor in PW. Building for speed at only almost any position is viable at this level, can never have to much.

The Special Teams question is not how many have you scored -- anyone can score them. It's how many have you given up. Now, let's play a little game. Anyone that has scored a Special Teams TD against the Headhunters speak up (* I don't count that very first scrimmage before SP was dumped that was over a week before the first game)!

Anyone? Do I hear crickets?

Juice wins! And I'd have to agree with him on this one as a D guy. I could care less about if they score any, but giving up ST TD's is like a kick in the man region!

A team with quality builds will find a way to put up a few scores 99% of the time. Giving up ST scores is the first step towards losing a game. The DSBM lost one regular season game last year -- on a 4th Q punt return TD. That was the only one we gave up all season (again not counting our first scrim). One part of a winning formula that doesn't change is control the field. If we have to punt, we're going to do our best to limit the return and whatever it takes to not give up a score. In the case of the Headhunters, as long as ST makes a tackle, the D is good enough to get the ball back quickly. Fu knows what to do from there.

I couldn't agree more with you. We've only given up one TD all year and that was to Dyslexic (Now L10 Lab Rats) and our ST units in L4 was one of the better one this year, as we had like 8-10 combined TDs.
