I really don't know much about this game. That why I ask for advice myself. I can only tell you what I'd do, even if its wrong.

I like this game though. It gives me practice. Give me some more players so I can see if I can get on a streak here.

He is in the middle of a slow build but the plan is: Train strength while capping vision then cap strength, after that 2nd cap confidence, vision and strength in that order.

Any thoughts?

EDIT: Also, the build that you did leave open (your CB) sucks. You invested 6 Skill Points into Special Abilities at level 17? I'm not sure that I want to hear your advice for my kicker. If your other builds look like this, then you're pretty much screwed. His build sucks. I'm not "ripping, unless ripping means to tell the truth."
