OK Dawgs. You have a lvl17 WR. I agree with UD. Why cap catching so fast? You got tired of dropping balls? I'd say thats because of your player's build. You have 85 speed but ONLY 33 agility. Thats very weak. A WR needs to run his routes precisly and you need agility to do that. A good CB, hell my CB has no problems covering you man to man. I know because I've seen builds behind the line of srimmage. Lack of agility means slow cuts out of the break. Higher agility CBs will be on ya. You probably ain't open enough to catch a ball. So there's your problem.
Order of attention:
1) Train agility and jumping.
2) Put some points in agility. Get it to 68 cap.
3) After that, train jumping.
This guy isn't nothing but speed and hands. I know a RB thathas 93 speed and 20ish agility. He's the slowest player on our team because it takes him FOREVER to get to the hole. IF he gets to the hole without being tackled then he can run downfeild. This is just another example of a speed-obsessed player. It gets you nowhere. Here's my evidence on your player:

You should've left hands aside. You're more used as a returner anyway. What are you thinking? Thats probably why you don't get alot of snaps/per game.
Speed is great when you start your building, but its notihng without agility. Its like shampoo and conditioner.
