My name is Justin, and I serve many purposes in the Bobcats organization. For now, I'm working on getting us to the point where we can field a playoff- and even promotion-bound team in the Uncapped Minors #1 League.

There's not a lot of excuses for our record the previous two seasons. We were outlevelled and outclassed both of those seasons, but the fact remained that we didn't get it done. If you look back to Season 8, however, you can see that at that time we had a very strong team, with a 13-3 Regular Season (our three loses at least being competitive), but again, we got bounced in Round 2 in an unfortunate matchup with the eventual conference champs. I should point out, that this was WITHOUT the use of constant exploits -- it was achieved through good gameplanning and execution, using our strengths and minimizing our weaknesses.
The point is, we are not going to allow ourselves to be a league's whipping boy anymore. We have gone to great lengths to trim the fat in our organization, bring in strong-built players, with the ultimate goal of pursuing a promotion to AA. Looking at our league, we honestly do feel that we have that opportunity THIS season.
But to do that, we have to fill some gaps.
The undersigned are Frostburg's remaining needs heading into Season 11:
Two Guards -- one to start, one for depth
One O-Tackle -- to start
One Tight End -- high-strength/high-blocking, mostly non-receiving (will get some red-zone looks)
Two Cornerbacks -- for depth
Frostburg is really only considering L40 and up at this point, but if you are within range of that with boosting (37+), please feel free to throw your name in the hat. Prefer players willing to sign sooner than later.
We are of course willing to fit contracts to player's preference (1 year, multi-year, Day 40, no trade, etc). Frostburg does cover EQ concerns in every possible instance, and even backups get enough PT to satisfy.
To have your player taken into consideration, please do one of the following:
---PM either myself (jroma1) or the team owner (seirus). I would prefer if you would PM me, but either will be fine.
