Caps should mean caps but dont. Bort hasnt figured out yet that a roster of 22's playing in a 16 cap this early isnt possible w/out his terrible new system. Perhaps someday he will realize that the last day to boost for a season should be day 40-41 rollover and the first day 0-1 rollover and that caps should mean something. Anyways might want to simplify that rule man to make this run smoother.
