the owner and about 3 GM's havent logged in for about 2 days.. that's not the crazy part... they all logged in at the same 20 minute period :o

not accusing...just speculating

Maybe they all work together where they dont have internet access for an extended period of time and they got a friend to log them on and train/apply points

there are 4 accounts and they belong to me, my son, my nephew and my sister. now when the issue came up about multi accounts i had notified support and they said it is fine.
