that... would be incorrect. Because there were 0 teams to go undefeated in the east last season. the shocks went 10-6 dude here is one of their loss's just to prove you false... http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=7725

Cleveland beat em bad, and then repeated the stomping in the playoffs just to make sure.

16-8 overall record is what they had, which pretty much means 6 easy scrims and 1 average one that they lost, plus a playoff game that they also lost.

It's a preseason rankings though,so according to preseason...they deserve a little respect. I completely agree it means squat, but i was trying to stick with the preseason theme.
