This would require a whole new free kick play to be created. The free kick is actually more like a kickoff than a punt in that all of the players run down the field at the same time like a kickoff. Teams always choose to punt instead of kickoff due to the fact that you cannot use a tee on a free kick.
On a punt, only the gunners are allowed to run down field until the ball is punted. So really GLB is correct in keeping this a kickoff and not changing it to a punt. I would like to see it moved back to the 20-yard-line though.

GLB is just dodging more work... It is a rule in the NFL and college... Why are we trying to take the easy way out when they are really just shooting themselves in the foot!!!
