If I was looking to win this league, I would boost at the end of the regular season. I'm sure the players boosting will have some fun so can't blame them for that.

Boosting this early ends up as a wash in the end. For one, a level 4 versus a Level 1 is not really that big of an advantage at this stage. Secondly it has been proven time and time again that those who hold on to their boosts until playoffs will ALMOST always have the advantage over the early boosters. Yeah a couple of wins early in the season looks good to start the season and helps boost the ego, but those non early boosting teams do not take long to catch up
