If every player knows their ending Energy and Morale, they'd see how much they need to train Stamina and Confidence. Open it up to everybody. There's no Owner/GM crucial super double secret classified information in the Summary.

ST coordinators or anyone who has DC access but does not have offensive or defensive AI access should still be able to see the summary report.

Its a no brainer. I can not think of a single valid or good reason why this page should not be available to everyone on a team not just the GMs

I mentioned this to Bort on the test server and he said he doesn't see any reason why not. It might be in the next update.

yah I have never understood why I as the player don't know what the morale I had during the gaem was.
Opent his up to anyone from the, or maybe give the option to the owner to:
a) block access for all but himself
b) let any team GMs have access
c) let any player on the team roster have access
