Haft way though our 1st season. Lots of fun and bort and co don't have to do much but rosters sizes(also not necessary but would be nice). I think the out of Positions penalty makes you game/build different. Check out the Pee Wee league we did iron man with in season 20..http://goallineblitz.com/game/league.pl?league_id=234

NGH though, as the Booster Queens will whine when their mega-boosted teams are beat by an Iron man league team. They bitch and get the rules changed again.
And admin will have to find a way to squeaze more money out of the agents for FP's.
