But GM's, we would need the addition of a "GM free agent" ad in the market place as well. Perhaps even extending that O or D Coordinator Recruiter, Financial manager, or Forum Mod position.

Not really. I think that would actually work. It would really just mean turning off the button when you're already on a team. If you renegotiate it would automatically reject any other contracts also, so that part's already covered.

-1 HATE THE IDEA! As I've said before, the teams should go after players not visa versa. VERY VERY rarely does a player name a team he is wanting to go to before the team offers him. Some of us owners actually LIKE the Players looking for Team forum, as a social thing, and because I can find out who the more active agents are by their posting habits!!!!!!

So, in summary, you like the idea of allowing contracts to be offered within 5 days of free agency, and are able to easily code the "accept" button unusable until that FA period.

Then, once a contract is signed (like we have now) or renegotiated, all offers are rejected?
