Yea, I got that part but I thought there was some type of voting in the forums or something. Don't think this one has been added to the suggestions yet though.

ya they have to be added, all threads have to be run by Bort etc before they can go up for voting. I've started the process again, so we'll see where it goes from there

Well let me add my comment from the other post here:

"What about some sort of training camp drills in the offseason, or even during the season. Something to see how players are progressing. Having to wait for a scrimmage or a game to see how a dot catches, runs, blocks, defends and all would be overcome and we could see how to effectively adjust the depth charts. I could go further into the idea, but this is just a base suggestion for others to potentially build upon."

This was made before I was directed to this forum

High ups think that the XP gains are a little too much. The like the idea, but they said it's pretty much not going to happen WITH the XP changes.

So we need to nix the xp gain, and try to think of another (if any) thing to reward players for doing this.

In order to combat this idea that the XP gains would be a little much, let's simply nix XP and adjust so that rather than being a gain of regular game experience it is adjusted to Vet XP. There are currently no additional ways to gain Vet XP (unlike training, boosting, etc for regular XP) this would not provide major gains of Vet XP, but it would make sense since the player is currently training to become better and it would make sense that they gain veteran experience by participating. It could increase and would become an unlockable bonus for those dots that are currently not at level 25. In other words, just like gaining veteran points doesn't start until level 25. Veteran XP gains from training camp don't start until level 25.

Hoping the suggesting in my signature gets a little bit of consideration as well, just looking at the forums over a 2 day span makes me wonder if this could be better utilized somehow. Along with this suggestion, I see the combination being well intended.
