Owning a team is too cheap as it is. Are there really owners out there who need help paying for 25 cent scrimmages? I'd personally be embarrassed to ask my guys to each contribute 10 cents, as that isn't even a real amount of money...

$4/season to own a team is huge value, and making it like $10/season with scrimmages is still a huge value, so there is no real need for this...
