Currently, the money we receive is only good for 2 things, training and equipment. With the equipment fund, really, there's only 1 thing. Training. My goal here will be to try to come up with more things to spend $ on.
Workers:
These will be bought once/season. You can only have one, so choose wisely. The price has still to be set, but I was thinking somewhere between 10K-20K, but it could also be league dependent (BBB costs less than Pro).
The higher the level, the better the bonus. A level 3 has all the bonuses of a level 1, and a level 2 as well.
(Prices are just examples)
Level 1 worker costs $10K.
Level 2 worker costs $30K
Level 3 worker costs $50K
Personal Assistants:
Level 1-Personal Assistant: Increase stamina by x% and a +1 to confidence for the season. If you have less to do, you'll be more energized for your game and feel more entitled.

Level 2-Motivator: Doubles morale increases and halves morale decreases. Also does the same as a Personal Assistant.
Level 3-Nutritionist: Would work side by side with Bort's weight class ideas. Would allow you to increase/decrease your weight by x% every season.
Public Relations:
Level 1-PR Representative: It would increase your players fame by x% based on the # of plays he gets.
ie. 20 plays would get normal fame boost + 3% boost
60 plays would get normal fame boost + 9% boost
Level 2-Marketing Agent: Adds x number of tickets in your favor to the lottery for endorsement deals. The higher your fame, the more tickets in the lottery your marketing agent provides.
Level 3- Media Corporation Head- Doubles fame boost of level 1. Also increases $ made on commercials.
Trainers:
Level 1-Personal Trainer: increases all intense training by x%. also a .5%-1% increase in a chosen skill(credit to Zach Hendo for the skill increase).
Level 2- Mentor: Having this veteran around would allow you to reach the veteran abilities 1 level sooner/season that he is hired.
For 10 bonus tokens, you can get one of the veteran s/a's for your position from your mentor. Would stay for the career of the player. Could continue to be upgrades every season with 10 bonus tokens, like adv equipment can be for 8.
Level 3- Legendary Mentor: Increases %age chance VAs by 5%. (if your V/A has 10% chance of occuring, if now has 15%)
Outside Activites:
1 Time cost adds a 1 time boost. Cost of these could be determined by the worker you hired. You can only do 1 of these per off day. This helps the rich get richer scenario from happening. Could also be added to the normal training activites.
Autograph Session: Increase confidence and team support for the next game by a small %. Causes a small hit to morale(who wants to sit there and sign autographs for 3 hours?)
Team Bonding Exercise: Increases that players chemistry to the rest of his squad. (this assumes chemistry is based on an individual basis.) Causes a slight hit to stamina, but an increase in morale.
Charity Work: adds a +1 to morale, a small % to fame, and a temp boost +3 to confidence for 1 game. Slight hit to stamina for the next game.
Commercials: Gives a 1 time sum of $ to a player . The amount is affected by having a PR person and their level as well as your overall fame. Has a chance to increase fame by x% but also has a slight chance to decrease fame x% (ie. the product you advertise for causes cancer and hemophilia.)
Interviews: Boosts fame by x%. low % chance of damaging team chemistry. Slight hit to stamina for the next game. Gain small sum of $.
Shopping Spree: For 250*your level+2000, you get 2 shopping tokens.
Act in a Movie: Causes a drop in stamina to the next game. Start next game at 80% energy. Increase fame, increase/decrease morale (movie is a hit, or a flop). Gain in $.
Homes/Cars: One could buy apartments/homes/cars with their $. This could increase morale slowly. It could also just be a way to show off to the other players.
Buy a home gym: Adds 1 TP for that player/day during the offseason because they can continue their training at home. Seasonal maintanence cost of 5000+(level*250).
Buy a video game system: Adds +1 to confidence and increase morale. Maintainence cost of $500.
Buy a swimming pool: Adds a +2 to stamina. Seasonal maintanence cost of 1K.

A. There are 5 houses.
Cardboard House - Trailor Park Trailor - Suburban House - Victorian - Mansion
Default
+1 Confidence +1 Vision +1 Stamina +1 Speed +1 any stat
Note: These houses will cost ALOT of money.
B. You could also have things like this:
Weight Room - .5 Strength
Swimming Pool - .5 Stamina
Computer - .5 Vision
Treadmill - .5 Speed
Grill - 5 lbs
C. Yes I said 5 lbs. Grills cost somewhere like $150 to use, and you gain 5 lbs. This is a way people like WR or CB or O-line and D-line can gain lbs to be more physical and less slanky, and get some more area for O-line and stuff for D-line
Energy Drinks: Kinda lame, i know, but hear me out on this one. It would decrease the rate at which your energy fell in the first half by x%. After the first half is over, the player would "crash" and lose x energy points. Cost of $500(not a realistic price, I know, but for the purposes of the sim, it could work.)

No one is gunna waste tokens to temp boost, but this may be a feasible thing to spend cash on as long as the cost was restrictive
Any Ideas/Inputs would be appreciated.
