my level 16 kicker has 50 confidence and 44.55 vision but 33.55 strength becuase con/vision is more important then str

You have to level up (to get 5 SPs) or use 4 bonus tokens (to get 1 SP).

You have to level up thru training/gameplay, or boost your player using flex points to gain more skill points: http://www.glbwiki.com/index.php?title=Leveling

Or you can temp boost using 4 Bonus Tokens to gain 1 Skill Point.
