1. How do I own a team?
-----a. The first thing you need to do is to see if any teams are available. There are 2 ways to do this:
----------i. Option 1 (better way): Click the "Flex Point" tab on the top of your screen. Then click "Buy Team". Now you have to cycle through all the leagues to see if there's a team available. If there is, it'll pop up into the box. Then you can buy it.
----------ii. Option 2 (other way): Click on the (buy teams) link on your agent page next to "My Teams"

2. How much does it cost to buy a team?
-----a. It costs 1000 flex points for 2 seasons and an extra 400 flex points for each subsequent season. Casual teams and Pee Wee teams cost 400 Flex to purchase.

3. Are there any prerequisites to buying a team?
-----a. No, you just need flex points.

4. Can I have more than 1 team?
-----a. As of now no. If you already have a team you'll be locked out of the buy teams screen.

5. How do other people have more than 1 team?
-----a. Yes, you may own up to three teams in each league category, Pee Wee, Casual and Regular.

6. Can I buy more seasons after I already bought the team?
-----a. Yes, there is now an option to "Extend Team Ownership" on the Flex Points page. Just click the tab and you'll be allowed to buy more seasons.

7. How can I tell how many days I have left on my owner contract?
-----a. Go to the Sale Options page. You'll see how many days you have left.

8. Can I sell my team to another person? If so, how?
-----a. Usually you can't sell your team to another person. The most common case of this being allowed is if the team's owner wants to sell it to the GM. But in order to do this, you need the admins to do it for you. To do this contact Customer Support.
-----b. Most of the time the person selling the team sells it back to the CPU for a pro-rated price dependent on how long he's owned the team.

9. How much time do I have to put into owning a team?
-----a. This all depends on two factors, how much you want to put into a team and how many people you're willing to delegate the job to. It can range from a couple minutes a days to a few hours.
-----------i. You could run a team with all CPU's or with players that you made yourself. If you do that it'll be fairly easy to run the team because you don't have to communicate and deal with people. If you do this, you're missing out on a large chunk of what this game is about. If you choose to run a team like a community, with an active team forum and multiple users, you will have to put much more time and thought into it, but it will enhance your experience much more.
----------ii. If you have multiple GM's, each who takes care of one facet of running the team, your job as owner is much easier. But you must be able to trust these GM's. If you give them privileges and they choose to abuse it, it is on you, the owner, because you gave them the privilege. So be wise in choosing your GMs.

10. How does an owner's screen look different from a player's screen?

Great work! I'd always wondered what the owners pages look like.
I agree this should be a sticky, and added to the FAQ's.
These images should also be hosted on GLB's servers so the don't get "lost".

Question about player profile pages.

On my personal players' pages, I can see my daily salary, total cash, XP, etc. As the owner of a team, shouldn't I also be able to see these things on the profile pages of the whole team? This would certainly help keep track of who needed a reminder PM to adjust their training settings, who needs a new contract to cover Level 8 equipment costs, etc, etc.

Not a pressing issue, but definitely something that would aid an owner in his strategizing.

Yeah, I think they did that on purpose. If the owner knew all those things, it let's him hold all the cards. Also, it rewards teams who communicate well.

Not always an easy thing to get people of various languages to communicate regularly, though.
