Yeah but the whole point is to keep the people interested and active in the offseason, not to just pull off the benefits in the simplest way possible.How is this suggestion more "interesting"? I think taht the simplest way possible is also the most interesting way: players set their training, and we have more preseason games. You know what I think is the best way to handle the situation: from day 41 to 47, when there is free agency, have preseason games too. nobody cares about them because they're meaningless from a season standpoint, but they're games that you can have fun with as owners, and players get to watch and analyze their LOLdots. or, just allow friendlies any day possible. then the teams who want to play get to play instead of recruiting.
