I would prefer if CPU dots were an average build. Take all human dots at that position at that level and average the SP allocations human players are making. Give the CPU dot those selections (easy enough to adjust for things costing different amounts of SP). Every game where the CPU earns more SP or AP, do what the average humans are doing. That also means if half of the human players are not spending SP right away, the CPU only spends half their SP. Do the same thing with AP and pick the SAs that are most popular (or disallow CPUs from having SAs altogether to gimp them a bit). Maybe treat Cap Boosters differently and only use them when the CPU needs them, or again, take them away completely.

Give the CPUs the average attribute allocation, height and weight for that position. Maybe to gimp them a bit, don't give them any traits. Or give them the three most popular, maybe excluding ones that increase salary as those are generally the better ones.

If you want a specific build like a Power HB, find a human to build it for you. Otherwise, you are just getting a generic HB. But show the builds at least too so that people can game plan a bit if they have to take them.

I think the opposite.

I think the CPU Teams should be attached to the scout tool and have Superstars themselves. I think that their gameplans should be dictated by the scout tool so they are hard as shit to beat. Why have these shitty AI teams that are easier to beat and are not competitive?

As long as they are using shitty plays (i.e. 10+ plays in play books) then this would work. There are a lot of plays that are drive killers.

So let em use em. Players can exploit so should the CPU. There is zero reason to have teams that are easier to beat.

I'd rather beat a super computer than walk over some invalid drooling all over himself like Peeti.

Also i'm not saying that out of any cockiness cuz i haven't played this game enough to be really any good but anyone put the time into it can be and i know i would be very good at this game as well. I'm thinking if i was at that end game point of competing w/ the top dogs. Even now when i put an effort out i can have a team competing for the divisions but i wouldn't want to get that by stomping on some cpu teams. I'd rather they had a level playing field. Seems that scout tool would be a perfect way to get them to be competitive.

It's really annoying just needing a warm body and guys with dots on the marketplace won't sign offers.

Works both ways, when you sign on to teams that don't use forum or communicate what is. Just saying have signed on to all kinds.
Its same with GBL. Now with all those retired builds and names seems the CPU/AI would have a large farm to choose from.

Why do people hate on each game so much? If you don't like it you don't have to play it. I played GLB1 back in the day, had a really long gap off before finding GLB2. I enjoy this one much much more personally, so I don't do the other one.

Edit: By a really long time idk when I signed up but I have referrals from May 15, 2008. This isn't even my original account if I remember correctly.

They're different games. The terms just transferred over without the definitions. Agents on GLB1 made more sense because you actually fought for money. Agent here is just a term for user. Dots came over even though it makes zero sense. Promotion is leveling up on this but people still say promoting. They're just different games with the same names/terms.

One of the most humorous things I read was the thread on the GLB1 forums about a guy asking what should he play, GLB1 or GLB2. The only answers on that thread are people from GLB1 saying GLB2 sucks. Meanwhile you have this thread where people from GLB1 are talking in the GLB2 forum.

LoL besides TyDavis and Jhiggs I don't know anyone on here under 21...we're all grown adults with responsibilities and bills. I am 29, have a 2 year old daughter and own/operate a restaurant.

You just have to decide what you want to spend and stick to that number. It gets easier managing your time on here with practice.

I am 46.... Although I work in front of a computer all day so I can jump on here.. It can be time consuming, but it's something I enjoy. It's only been 2 seasons, but I have "meet" some nice folks on here. So I enjoy the community aspect of it. I don't have anything to compare my experience to so far, veteran players may not enjoy the game as much as they once did, I can tell you from a new user experience it's l a great game. But it could be ignorant bliss!!!
